CHORALLY is an editorial and discovery platform for the choral sector operated by Music8 Group Ltd, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

You may read, share and link to content on CHORALLY for personal and professional purposes. You must not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without our permission.

Listings – events, learning, opportunities, jobs and profiles – are supplied or verified from third-party sources and change frequently. We take care with what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that every detail, date, deadline, fee or contact is accurate or current. Always confirm details with the organiser or employer before acting on them. CHORALLY is not a party to any application, booking, engagement or employment arising from a listing.

When you send us content for publication you confirm that you have the right to do so, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit, publish, format and promote that content on CHORALLY and in related communications. We may decline, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we may verify details before publication.

Editorial content, design, branding and the compilation of the CHORALLY database belong to us or our licensors. Images, logos and works remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under fair dealing for reporting and directory purposes. If you believe material has been used incorrectly, contact us and we will act promptly.

CHORALLY links to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

User accounts are not yet available. When they launch, additional account terms will apply and will be presented before you register.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, and for reliance on listing details. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
