Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
CHORALLY is a professional platform for the choral sector. This policy sets out what we expect from anything submitted to us and what we will not publish.
Standards for submissions
- Be accurate: correct dates, deadlines, locations, fees and contact details.
- Be genuine: only submit listings and profiles you are authorised to submit.
- Respect rights: only send images and text you have permission to use.
- Be complete: jobs and opportunities should state who they are for, what is offered and how to apply.
What we will not publish
- Misleading, fraudulent or deliberately incomplete listings.
- Discriminatory content, or roles and opportunities that exclude people unlawfully.
- Harassing, defamatory, obscene or abusive material.
- Unpaid work presented as employment, or listings that breach employment law.
- Content that infringes copyright, trade marks or performers' rights.
- Bulk promotional content, spam, or listings unrelated to the choral sector.
- Personal data about third parties published without a proper basis.
Safeguarding
Content involving children and young people must come from the responsible organisation and must not include personal contact details for individual minors.
Editorial discretion
Everything submitted is reviewed before publication. We may edit for accuracy, clarity, length and house style, ask for evidence, decline a submission, or remove published content that no longer meets this policy.
Reporting a problem
To report a listing, profile or message that breaches this policy, email chorally@music8.group or use the contact form with as much detail as you can, including the page URL.
