Youth choir 'Kamēr…'
Youth choir 'Kamēr…' is one of Latvia’s and the world’s most influential choral groups. Founded in 1990 by Māris Sirmais, currently led by Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Jurģis Cābulis, together with Patriks Kārlis Stepe in the role of Second Conductor, they are the only choir in the world which has won four times the European Grand Prix for Choral Singing.

Known for its distinctive vocal style and conceptually rich and striking musical programmes, the amateur ensemble maintains professional‑level standards.
The ellipsis in the choir’s name (Kamēr… means 'While…' in Latvian) symbolises the idea: 'While we are young, anything is possible.'

- The choir was founded in 1990 by Māris Sirmais. He was principal conductor of Kamēr… until 2012. Sirmais was succeeded in this position by Jānis Liepiņš (2012–2018) and Aivis Greters (2018–2022) – all have been Grand Music Award laureates for work with the choir.
